Musician, Mentor, and Ministry Leader
Music has shaped my life for as long as I can remember. From early childhood lessons to formal training, it’s always been more than a hobby—it’s been a calling. I earned a B.A. in Church Music from Bob Jones University with a proficiency in saxophone performance and have had the joy of serving as a music pastor, worship leader, conductor of a highly skilled youth symphony, and director of multiple music schools.
In 2011, I founded Tampa Bay Music Academy, which I built from a solo startup into one of the premier private music conservatories in the region, serving over 300 students with a staff of 14 before successfully selling the business in 2023.
Over the years, one of the great joys of my life has been the privilege of leading worship for three different local churches. While I no longer lead worship weekly in my current role as Senior Lead Pastor of Keystone Bible Church, I remain deeply involved in music ministry—mentoring worship leaders in our church and across the broader Christian community.
In 2000, my wife Kim and I launched Witness Music, a Christian record label and itinerant ministry dedicated to serving the local church. Through this ministry, we’ve recorded original albums, published sheet music, and ministered in more than 150 churches—both across the United States and in several countries around the world. To date, our ministry has taken us to 27 nations and counting.
I still enjoy playing saxophone, guitar, and piano as often as I can—whether recording in the studio or performing around the Tampa Bay area. Music will always be one of the most powerful tools God has given me to serve Him and others.
