A changing of the guard is happening. In recent ye A changing of the guard is happening. In recent years, the Lord has called home some of our most bold titans of the faith—J. I. Packer, Henry Blackaby, Billy Graham, R. C. Sproul, Tim Keller, John MacArthur, James Dobson, Phil Robertson, Charlie Kirk, and now Voddie Baucham—all men marked by the courage to stand and speak for God when others shrank back. I praise the Lord for what He accomplished through their lives.

The world didn’t always love their boldness, but I am confident heaven honored it. What set them apart was the steel in their spines and the fire in their bellies. They fought the good fight, and their absence reminds us: God is doing something significant in our day. The baton is being passed.

Trust Christ. Hug your family. Fight the real battle before us. And may God raise up a new generation of champions, marked by unwavering courage and faith, ready to stand in the gap.
